Emincez des oignons et des courgettes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;2. Ajoutez-y du lait petit à petit et mélangez bien à l'aide du fouet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;-. Et puis mettez -y le miso blanc et salez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;3. Dans un saladier, mélangez tous les préparations, et garnissez le dans des écuelles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;4. &lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-un demi poireau&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-2 tasse de pouce de soja&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;sauce&lt;br /&gt;＜1 c.à café de tobanjan, 1 c.à soupe de sauce soja, 1 c.à soupe de sucre, 1 c.à soupe de miso rouge＞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;1 c à soupe de fécule de dent-de-chien“katakuriko”(ou maïzena) ＋ 1 c.à soupe d'eau&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-riz blanc&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-ail, huile de sesame&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1)Faites cuire du riz. lavez du riz&lt;br /&gt;   → dans un casserole, mettez 20cl du riz et 25cl d'eau&lt;br /&gt;   → faites cuire d'abord à feu vif&lt;br /&gt;   → une fois bouillir, réduissez le feu,et cuissez pendant à peu près 15 minutes.&lt;br /&gt; ＊attention! fermez bien le couvercle.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2)Hachez l'ail et 2/3 de poireau. reste de poireau, emincez très très fine et baignez-le dans l'eau.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3)Faites chauffer un poêle avec 1 c.à soupe de l'huile de sesame et l'ail haché. Et ajoutez-y le porc et le poireau haché, un peu plus tard le pouce de soja et puis tofu.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4)Mélangez des ingrédients de la sauce, et ajoutez dans le poêle.
